Participants downloaded our MP3 ahead of time, loaded it on to their mobile devices, and met at a predetermined location just before 4pm. Right at 4pm, a signal was given (such as a few balloons released from the center of Hornbake Plaza) and everyone hit play on their devices. The MP3 told them what to do from there!
